Ms. Chong is a successful homeschool mom. Her oldest daughter is studying nutrition
at the University of Houston. She has been competing in competitions with her rescued horse.
Her son is entering his second year at the Cockrell School of Engineering in Austin, Texas. He and
his team had won first place in Vex IQ world robotic championship. He was also a national level
swimmer in high school. Ms. Chong’s youngest daughter is 15 years old and is currently a dual credit student
at the University of Saint Thomas in Houston. She and her team also won first place in Vex IQ world robotic
championship. She is a competitive swimmer with teams and international records.
